Although the main intention of a restaurant enquiry form is to record the general information of a client, there are several types that a restaurant staff can provide to its clients. The first and common type of this form is a restaurant booking enquiry form. Basically, this document is for booking seats and tables in a restaurant and to obtain the contact information of the client which is followed by a list of terms and conditions regulated by the restaurant management. Cancellation policy agreements are also found in the form to allow the client be informed about the cancellation procedures that the restaurant mandates.
Another type is a restaurant function enquiry form which is allotted for reserving a function area in a hotel restaurant or at any room in the restaurant’s establishment. This form will require the client to supply event information and details for their reservation such as the name of the company who will be organizing the event, the date and time of the event, as well as the chosen payment method of the client whether through a credit card, debit card, or direct payment. If the client prefers to pay through bank or card account, then he/she needs to provide a credit card authorization, which is for permitting the restaurant business in acquiring the payment amount. This form also falls as a restaurant legal document that the state or a country demands from the owners.
