A request to hire form is a document that is primarily used for requesting to the company management that a department or a job position needs to be filled in. Although there are different varieties and formats of request to hire forms that companies can consider making and using, every form must have the following sections since these are significant for defining the necessities for hiring employees:
1. Job Title and Description – The job position that needs to be filled in along with its job description and an indication of whether the request is due to a current replacement procedure or if it is a new job must be stated in the form.
