When an individual has sold or plans to dispose of his property, he should immediately inform the authority prior to the day of the disposal. Although there are a number of reasons not to give two weeks notice, since fourteen days is often considered as a long time-span for one’s decision, this period will help the owner and the authorities deal with a better decision rather than acting too quickly.
Notice forms are very useful especially for property owners, such as a Notice to Vacate for landlords, a Notice to Dispose for tangible property owners, and Commencement Notice Forms for lot owners who aim to begin constructing a building.

What Is a Notice of Disposal?
A Notice of Disposal is provided by an individual to inform the authority that he will sell or dispose his property. By submitting this form, he will no longer be held liable for the new owner’s offenses.
In contrast to a Notice of Disposal wherein the owner will only have to indicate a statement of selling his property on the form, a Notice of Deposition Form will require a person to not only state his words on paper but also speak and answer the questions of the jury.
How to Write a Notice of Disposal?
Writing and filling out a Notice of Disposal is easy with these 6 steps to follow:
Step 1: Indicate the property’s details.
Step 2: Write the previous owner’s information.
Step 3: State the date of disposal.
Step 4: Indicate the details of the new owner.
Step 5: Include the market price on the form.
Step 6: Sign the Seller’s Declaration.
If it’s a tenant and not a property which you will be disposing or terminating, then you should consider using a 30 Day Notice Form just to inform him that you no longer want him to live in your property.

What does a Notice of Disposal of Exhibits mean?
Properties refer to anything which is under the name of a person. Disposing of a property does not only apply for selling vehicles and firearms but also disposing pieces of physical evidence presented by the court which is termed as an exhibit. The authorized person assigned to dispose will send a Notice of Disposal of Exhibits to the involved parties. The parties are required to submit a response so the clerk will proceed with the disposal.
In connection to proceeding with an action, a Notice to Proceed form may be the document which speaks its purpose by its name, however, this is not applicable for court trials, but for contractors who have laid down terms and conditions for an agreement.
How to Cancel a Notice of Disposal?
Canceling a Notice of Disposal is possible if the disposal has not yet arrived at the authority, however, if both parties have signed and submitted the document, the party who takes back the disposal is required to create a new one. This happens if a buyer is not satisfied with his purchase then tends to return the property and asks for a refund.
The owner is not liable for any further damage after the transaction has been completed, which gives the buyer the responsibility to make the notice. If there are violations crossed by the buyer, the owner may present to him and the authority a Notice of Violation.
