A notice of claim is a type of notice a person uses as a means of identifying their claim or right over a certain piece of object or property. This type of claim form is typically used as a means of warning the receiver of the notice of claim that they are to undergo a trial, usually due to some legal issues that have been requested by either the sender of the notice of claim, or by an officer of the government. Either way, it will require that whatever legal action will be taken that the individual involved be notified prior to the actual act. This is commonly termed as a 30 day notice.
There are some notice forms that will require the 30-day notice, and there are some notices that don’t require them, but have a shorter notice period. For example, the notice to quit is one where the notice does not have to be sent 30 days earlier, but rather around ten to fifteen days prior to your resignation.
